happy belated children's day to all the children out there! :DD
today is a happy day 'cause it's a school holiday. yay!
this morning was productive in an un-productive way. at 8, i met debby outside coffee bean in holland v. i told her to meet me at starbucks but she couldn't find it. when i finally found her, we went to BK 'cause i haven't had breakfast. i had my
TURKEY BACON CROSSAINWICH! oh, it's so good! debby had the hershey's pie thingy which turned out
really gross.
thennn. we like studied malay stuff for 2 hours & gave up! debby needed to get a pencilcase 'cause hers was torn or sth. i wanted to get one too cause mine is
old and dirty (: debby wanted to go to pacific plaza! but i didn't know how to go there. so we took bus to SCHOOOL then took another bus there.
pacific plaza was so quiet, we felt like truant kids. we walked around all the shops but there weren't any nice pencilcases. there was a cute one at quiksilver, the one in the shape of the quiksilver logo. we went to ripcurl & stussy & mambo(: debby was telling me that she had a bikini from billabong! hahaha.
thn we went to roxy & looked at the pencilcases there! we saw a few and debby checked prices. debby looked a the price tag which read $20.00 & said, "uh i was thinking more like 15 bucks." the cashier guy overheard & said, "actually it's on 50% discount."
THEN DEBBY WAS "ELATED"! she went to call cheryl, her mum & her sister to tell them. like TEN BUCKS for a pencilcase! hahah. when she told cheryl, cheryl screamed/squealed. then said, "i'm so over surf brands." ANTICLIMAX! debby said she was over surf brands too! but she couldn't resist. "anyway classic brands like GUESS don't sell pencilcases right?" HAHAHA. after a long time, i finally decided to get the black&pink pencilcase. debby wanted it too but since having exactly the same pencilcases was "so not cool", she decided to get the grey&blue version instead. the design isn't very nice but at least it was cheap right! :D
THEN, i went back to far east to get lunch since i have nothing to eat at home.
